An easy to read, dual timeline, coming of age story should be perfect for our first book club. Even if you don’t consider yourself an avid reader this may get you back into your “book era”. I’m excited to dive into this one that has been on my “Want to Read” List for months!

Shimmer & Shake is a Reiki dance class. Dance is a channel we can use to move, shift, heal, fill up or release energy. Each class will be focused on certain Chakras. In this call we will be focusing on the sacral & throat chakra. It is called, “Expressing Creativity”

Come & sit in circle on the darkest night of the year as we celebrate the return of the sun, lean into the feelings of rebirth, and practice gratitude in the darkest time of the year. We will be doing a small Yule Ritual so make sure to check your email for things you may want to bring!

This month we’re learning about Ayurvedic Doshas and how to create balance to harmonize all 3 doshas within us all. If you don’t know anything about Ayurveda, no sweat! We’re going to cover the basics and learn about how our archetype may be affecting everything from digestion - creativity - sleep and more. Can’t wait to tune in with you. <3

We’ve all heard “it takes a village” time and time again, and yet most of us are still majorly lacking community in motherhood. I’ve found that many of us struggle to make in person authentic connections with moms in our areas, so I created this circle to be a place where we can gather and have raw honest conversations about motherhood in the online realm.

For 6 weeks we will meet every Sunday from 5-6:30pm PST via Zoom. This is a space to create community, and celebrate the magick as well as the hardships of motherhood in a space where you can be held & seen. Let’s create life long friendships & gather our tribe for nourishment and support.
